As some of you may have noticed, the forum layout has changed slightly. So have permissions. I have updated the rules, and made it so that only a few forums are visible to guests. These forums are:
-Announcements -Rules -Guest Board -Affiliates
As was before, only the Guest Board is available for guests to post any questions they may have in.
Due to some difficulties with members posting in other sections first (and as a precaution to keep spam out), I have made it so that newly registered members can only post in the introductions section, until they are sorted. Once sorted, members will gain full access to the forum.
I have also created a test account "membertest", and through that, I have realized that the general moderator group (not global moderator) had no real staff powers. I have fixed that, and so moderators should be able to edit more.
As with any of the rules and settings, these are of course, subject to change if need be.

Good ideas and way to go implementing them, Aumoe. And thanks for adding some more things mods can do. Being new at the position I wasn't sure if what I was capable of was appropriate or not, so I just kept quiet.
Also, kudos on the new background for the forums. It looks really nice. :3

I changed the background to be more inclusive for different theriotypes (not just canines). -Aumoe

Yeah, I'm loving the new background and layout. It looks all official =3 Very good idea with basically making people post an intro first. It was starting to get out of hand.
